ASCAP “I Create Music EXPO” attendees turned out in droves for the morning’s legislative panel, “Washington DC: How New Laws and Copyright Changes Will Impact Music Creators.”  The high profile lineup delivered a call to action for songwriters to support changes to outdated copyright regulations and included ASCAP President Paul Williams, Congressman Doug Collins (GA), Congressman Hakeem Jeffries (NY) and singer-songwriter Aloe Blacc.  The four leaders urged the crowd to visit bit.ly/Support_SEA to learn more and contact their elected representatives.
