What\u2019s funny about <em>Tempest<\/em> is how comfortable Bob sounds staring into the abyss. Whether detailing a deadly love triangle (\u201cTin Angel\u201d) or the sinking of the Titanic (\u201cTempest\u201d), he\u2019s less aggrieved insider than curious onlooker.
