Led by the engaging Allen Clapp, the Peels arrive at their fourth album fully reinvigorated after a brief Clapp solo stint. They sound as giddy as ever, with \u201cWe\u2019re Gonna Make It,\u201d \u201cShining Like Stars\u201d and \u201cCharmed Life\u201d exuding the irrepressible enthusiasm their song titles suggest. Even when that buoyant energy drops away, as in the serene \u201cEmily Has Told Me Why,\u201d the positive vibes remain intact.
