There\u2019s a handcrafted feel to these songs, and while the crud-pop nugget \u201cSomething in My Head\u201d skews a bit too swampy, the yearning title track\u2014U2\u2019s \u201cWith or Without You\u201d done in the style of Pavement or Neutral Milk Hotel\u2014is remarkably crisp.
