They were lively and vibrant and a joy to work with.\u201d Seeff recalls that youngest sister June needed some encouragement from her siblings. \u201cShe was hypersensitive,\u201d he says. \u201cAt one point she wanted to stop. But I told her, in a loving way, \u2018Come on, don\u2019t quit while you\u2019re ahead.\u2019 Ruth and Anita grabbed her playfully, encouraging her, and she started to giggle.\u201d June died from cancer in 2006, but the sisters\u2019 devotion to one another left a lasting impression on Seeff. \u201cOne of the older girls would often put her arms around the other two and pull them close,\u201d he says. \u201cThey were nurturing and loving.
