The Guitartown\/Conqueroo Kickoff Party, presented with M Music & Musicians<\/em> magazine, will hit SXSW on Wednesday, March 14, from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Dogwood (formerly Mother Egan\u2019s), 715 W. 6th St. in Austin.<\/p>\n

Austin promoter Lil Deb and Cary Baker of L.A. publicity firm Conqueroo have assembled a show that this year includes Ruthie Foster, James McMurtry, Steve Poltz, Thomas Dolby and the reunited original lineup of the legendary dB\u2019s\u2014plus a surprise or two. The Guitartown\/Conqueroo Kickoff Party is free and open to the public, so come on down!<\/p>\n
