Arrica Rose isn\u2019t yet on their level, but the San Fernando Valley native is very much of their kind\u2014an enigmatic enchantress adept at blending classic folk-rock songwriting and dark, dreamy atmospherics. She\u2019s got a song called \u201cSummer\u2019s Gonna Burn Me (So Are You),\u201d and that title sums up the mood of her third album. Whether hopeful or heartbroken, Rose sings with breathy, quivering drama, evoking Chan Marshall.
