His effusive vocals, vibrant guitar solos, playful humor and producer Andy Johns\u2019 supple arrangements serve him well here as Miller navigates the same strict parameters as on 2010\u2019s bluesy <em>Bingo!<\/em> Traces of 1969\u2019s <em>Brave New World <\/em>and 1970\u2019s <em>Number 5<\/em> echo through the funky \u201cSnatch It Back and Hold It\u201d and the emphatic \u201cNo More Doggin\u2019,\u201d but there\u2019s relatively little variation in the rollicking rhythms and casual shuffles.
