It was just awesome.\u201d Diltz instinctively grabbed his camera and began snapping photos of the impromptu performance, but admits he had trouble concentrating.\u00a0 \u201cI could barely take pictures,\u201d he recalls. \u201cIt was like I was floating in air.\u201d Minutes later the trio decamped to Browne\u2019s backyard, where Diltz took the portrait that would become the basis for the iconic cover of <em>Jackson Browne<\/em>.
