Not surprisingly, Ray\u2019s second solo effort reflects a pop sensibility honed by experience and enhanced by long-term exposure to McCartney. Yet his fondness for big beats, vibrant hooks and catchy choruses doesn\u2019t always adhere to the Beatles\u2019 blueprint\u2014\u201cHappy Ending,\u201d \u201cI Found You,\u201d \u201cHey Miranda,\u201d \u201cVery Happy Song\u201d and \u201cLet\u2019s Fall Apart\u201d are modern rockers primed by a young, ebullient attitude.
