Nichols has been honing his Clapton\/SRV guitar heroics since his early teens, and he\u2019s jammed with \u201cHoneyboy\u201d Edwards, \u201cBig Jim\u201d Johnson and other awesomely nicknamed genre OGs. He\u2019s also absorbed some Aerosmith, and working with that band\u2019s engineer Warren Huart, he\u2019s made an EP of crossover-ready neoclassical rock.
