Saenz sings with mumbled twang\u2014think Tom Petty if he\u2019d landed in Nashville instead of L.A.\u2014and on his best songs (\u201cBreak Away Speed,\u201d \u201cPocket Change,\u201d \u201cHard Time Tennessee\u201d), he could almost pass for a Heartbreaker, or at least a Wallflower.
