Like \u201cFlavor of the Week,\u201d their 2001 breakout single, their best songs are slick, chunky power-pop sing-alongs. They\u2019re emo enough for bummed-out teens but canny enough to keep the mood light and stakes low. On \u201cLost,\u201d these populist rockers shamelessly nick a riff from Bon Jovi\u2019s \u201cNever Say Goodbye,\u201d pairing it even more shamelessly with a love-as-shipwreck metaphor. It\u2019s blueprint pop, but there\u2019s passion in the craftsmanship.
